Old Krok is a registered trademark in South Africa, owned and operated by Josh Nocanda ("Old Krok", "we", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of oldkrok.co.za and any purchase made through it.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Orders are currently confirmed via WhatsApp; card payment via PayFast will be introduced once integration is complete. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without notice.
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and are detailed on our Delivery Information page. Old Krok is not liable for delays caused by couriers, incorrect address details, or events outside our reasonable control.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the conditions set out on our Returns & Exchanges page.
The Old Krok name, logo, giraffe crest emblem, and all associated branding are the property of Old Krok and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Old Krok is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or products purchased through it, to the extent permitted by South African law.
