Weekends and public holidays are not working days. Dispatch happens once payment is received and the order is processed — delivery times are estimates and may occasionally shift due to courier delays, weather, stock availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we expect a significant delay, we'll do our best to let you know using the contact details on your order.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your waybill (tracking) number — use it to track your parcel directly with the courier until it arrives.
